The information required depends on the rental type, vehicle and trip. For a car with driver, the main requirement is accurate trip and contact information. Any self-drive request must be checked separately because licence, identity, deposit and eligibility rules need written confirmation before booking.

Self-drive enquiries
Do not assume the requirements for a driver-inclusive rental also apply to self-drive. If self-drive is available for your requested vehicle, the business must confirm the applicable driving licence, CNIC or passport, age or eligibility rules, deposit, permitted routes, handover and return conditions in writing before any payment is made.
Before paying or confirming
Make sure the written quote identifies the vehicle or vehicle class, date, route, price basis, driver arrangement and any applicable fuel, toll, parking, overtime, mileage, outstation or overnight costs. A general enquiry is not the same as a confirmed reservation.
